- आपके द्वारा गलत जानकारी भरने पर सामाजिक जनगणना के आंकड़े प्रभावित होंगे।
- आप इस फार्म को स्वेच्छा से स्वयं की जानकारी से पूर्ण प्रामाणिकता के साथ भर रहे हैं। गलत जानकारी भरने पर आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
- फॉर्म भरने के बाद, परिवार के मुखिया की ईमेल आईडी पर एक PDF भेजी जाएगी।

- You are filling this form voluntarily with your information and with complete authenticity. You will be responsible for filling in the wrong information.
- After submitting the form, a PDF will be sent to the Head of the Family’s email ID. This PDF will contain the Family ID and Member IDs.
